Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django
Design and implement REST APIs
Work with databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL
Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members
Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code

1–3 years of experience in Python and Django development
Strong understanding of REST API development
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Familiarity with Git and version control
Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Must be available for Work From Office in Kolkata

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Django REST Framework
Basic knowledge of AWS or cloud services

Approach government offices to inquire about tenders and project opportunities
Generate leads through door-to-door marketing and field visits
Call potential clients to understand their requirements and schedule meetings
Conduct client meetings and present company services
Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
Maintain records of leads, visits, and client interactions

1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits

Ability to convince and build relationships with clients

Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
Write customized and compelling proposals
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
Coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Follow up with clients and close deals.

2–3 years of experience in IT bidding or business development
Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services
Ability to handle multiple proposals and deadlines
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills

Preferred Skills :

Experience with CRM tools
Basic understanding of project costing and estimation
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
